Cooking Demos & Dinner Parties @ Home

Some of our class participants have invited us to conduct cooking
demos at home for their families and friends.  These always turn
out be a fun and participative learning experience, with the added
bonus of an impressive home-cooked meal for your invited guests.

We have refined our logistics to cater
these events with minimal disruption in
your home.  We arrive an hour and a
half before mealtime, prepare the meal
with you, clean up, and leave you to
enjoy a leisurely dinner with your guests.

Generally, we have found that a party of
6 - 10 participants works best.
