Shipping and Delivery
Our products are prepared from fresh seasonal ingredients and have no added preservatives.
Consequently, they are highly perishable and must be kept refrigerated or frozen until
consumed.
The meals are flash frozen and delivered in a refrigerated state. To assure that the product
arrives in a refrigerated state, the shipping method must be selected to assure delivery by the
end of the second calendar day.
We currently offer discounted shipping by UPS Ground to any address within California,
Nevada or Oregon. Orders for delivery to all other addresses within the United States will be
shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air.
During your checkout process, you will be quoted the UPS shipping charge for delivery to your
address. This charge will be added to your bill at checkout. No sales tax is payable on these
products.
UPS can deliver the product to any physical street address, but cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, an
A.P.O address, or F.P.O. address. Please check your order confirmation to verify that you have
provided us your correct address, as we cannot be responsible for an order that is
undeliverable because we have been provided a wrong address. It is important that you
provide us with a telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding the delivery.
We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to accept the
package during business hours (most UPS deliveries are between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m.)
If no one is present at the time of delivery, UPS will leave the package at the safest location
near the front door to assure that you receive the package that very day. It will not be feasible
to attempt a second delivery the following day because the product will have thawed to room
temperature. If you would still prefer the driver to deliver the package only after obtaining a
signature (rather than just leaving the package by the front door) please send us a message
